Introducing BOSS 200: Supporting Our Earliest Brawley Owners
BOSS 200 brings enhanced warranty coverage, concierge-level support, and ongoing communication to Vanderhall’s earliest Brawley owners.

Brawley introduced an entirely new kind of Vanderhall—and our earliest owners played an important role in helping us understand how to make the ownership experience better.
BOSS 200, the Brawley Ownership Support System, was created specifically to support those early owners and recognize their role in the development of the Brawley platform.
Built by Listening
Before publicly introducing BOSS 200, Vanderhall spent time communicating directly with Brawley owners, listening to their experiences, and identifying where additional support could make the greatest difference.
That feedback helped shape the program around the needs of customers already living with Brawley.
Enhanced Ownership Support
BOSS 200 provides qualifying owners with enhanced transferable warranty coverage, concierge-level customer support, and ongoing communication surrounding Brawley product updates and improvements.
Existing BOSS 200 vehicles receive an additional 24 months of warranty coverage beginning February 25, 2026. Newly registered qualifying vehicles receive 24 months of coverage beginning on the date of purchase or warranty registration.
BOSS 200 owners also receive personalized welcome communications and dedicated recognition as members of this early group of Brawley owners.
Building Brawley Together
BOSS 200 represents more than an additional ownership benefit. It reflects Vanderhall's commitment to listening to customers as Brawley continues to evolve.
The feedback and experiences of our earliest owners are helping Vanderhall improve the vehicle, the ownership experience, and the support systems surrounding it.
As Brawley moves forward, BOSS 200 recognizes the customers who were there at the beginning.
